What Support Can I Get?
- JPAF Consulting offer two types of support. We have our helpdesk at:

Using the helpdesk
Before you can use the helpdesk you are required to set up a user to logon. Once registered and in the helpdesk you can firstly search the knowlege base of existing calls. For example typing "Setup" will display any calls that involve setup issues.
If you cannot find the solution in the knowledge base then log a new call. When logging the call remember to select the correct category, eg, Breaktime Personal, Corporate or SME as the software works in different ways and logging under the wrong category will mean that the solution is incorrect. For Breaktime Personal we do not have a resolution time as this is freeware software. For Breaktime SME we aim to answer calls within 7 working days.

Using the Forum
The forum also provides solutions to issues. This is more generalised because it is the users answering each others questions and observations. We cannort guarentee the accuracy of data within the forum, however tips and issues can be entered here.
